## How the Stensul and Ping Identity integration works

Stensul SAML-based single sign-on provides users with access to Stensul through the Ping Identity integration. Stensul also supports just-in-time (JIT) user provisioning (both SP- and IDP-initiated logins) when using SAML.

The Stensul-Ping Identity integration supports:

- User allowlisting
- JIT user provisioning
- User creation and permission assignment
- Implementation of password requirements and other security controls
- Customized user timeout settings
